Steven Sylvester began his career as an Academy footballer for Oxford United before playing First Class cricket for Middlesex and Nottinghamshire CCC. His experiences in professional sport created a deep curiosity as to how one can sustain consistency as a high-performance athlete.
He transitioned out of the game, studying two degrees on his pathway to becoming a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol.), Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and published Author.
During his 25 years of experience and applied research with World Champion athletes across the world of sport, Steven has developed a pioneering approach to performance psychology that now underpins our work at EA5.
