About

Robbie Wells is a Taekwon-Do World Champion, who met Zak when studying a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Their shared passion for bodyweight training and supporting others led them both to become captains of the university gymnastics team.

After graduating, they took a dream sabbatical trip to the Tiger Muay Thai gym in Phuket, Thailand, where they trained with UFC athletes. Experiencing mind and body integration within a fighting culture has enriched their approach to helping elite athletes, primarily footballers in the Premier League and Champions League, become more complete.

We’ve all felt moments of helplessness. Moments of feeling inadequate. But how do you respond in these moments? Are you able to take control? Are you able to change the situation? Let me rewind to my younger years - when I was ten years old.
